Clematis 'Pendragon'

This viticella x crispa has the same spicy sweet scent as Clematis 'Betty Corning' but here the flowers are a rose purple. Flowering July to September it can be hard pruned in winter and is best sited with some sun to bring out the scent from the flowers. Height up to 10' (3M)

Clematis 'Pendragon' was named by Robin Savill having circulated for several seasons as "Crispa cross seedling"
