Clematis 'Betty
Corning'
Clematis 'Betty Corning has pale blue bells with a faint pink flush, very scented, flowering from July through to September. A big vigorous Clematis to 3M which can be grown in sun or semi shade. Found in 1932 by the lady of the same name. Thought to be a hybrid between C. crispa and C. viticella, the flower shape and leaves certainly suggest crispa and the other half of its parentage puts it in our C. viticella cvs collection. |
