The large single and highly scented flowers are blush pink fading to white, carried in huge trusses in summer. Although vigorous it grows to only about 15' making it useful where space is limited. Bred by Francis E Lester in California in 1946 one parent was the Hybrid musk shrub 'Kathleen' the other not recorded.
